How many of you have been searching for some useful advice to help you through the minefield of overwhelming information inundating you as a first-time mother?
IMAGINE if there was finally real tried and tested advice for new mothers, now wouldn’t that be nice?
Not too long ago I was the same as you, pregnant and over the moon at the prospect of becoming a first-time mother.
Don’t get me wrong, pregnancy and motherhood information was out there in abundance in many forms, and after digesting as much as I could my eyes started to cloud over making me wonder if what I was reading was doing me more harm than good.
I realised that if these things were a problem for me, then there must be others out there having the same thoughts.
What I chose to do was keep a diary. A record of everything I did along my wonderful journey. As I look back through these pages, they well me up inside.
